MEGT is working with is a global human-services provider to help them find a Full Time Customer Support Professional Trainee.

The primary expectation of this role is to provide industry leading client experience on every interaction.

The position acts as first point of contact for general enquiries from the public, engagement with prospective, current, and previous clients as well as government departments and community service providers.

Duties:

  • Use internal IT systems for reporting and data entry
  • Work within the quality management framework for the business unit and adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Perform general administration tasks i.e., creating and sending client letters etc.
  • Produce reports as and when requested to manage results
  • Actively contribute to this process of continual improvement by always seeking better ways to support and assist colleagues and Clients.

Skill Set Required:

  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously and negotiate solution
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill in dealing with clients with complex needs in a supportive, empathetic and effective manner
  • Outstanding ability to multitask, manage competing demands & prioritise efficiently

Benefits
As an MEGT trainee you will receive a weekly wage plus holiday and sick leave. You will have the support of an MEGT field officer throughout your entire traineeship.

On completion of your traineeship you will obtain a Certificate 3 in Business and on your way to owning your own business or to take on opportunities anywhere
