As Coordinator & Organisations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and maximising engagement from third-party organisations to Mable. You will typically be the first point of contact a new organisation has, and will act as the face of the company. This role will see you encourage and enable Coordinators to introduce their own clients to Mable and provide a seamless experience.

This position operates in a B2B capacity and holds the responsibility for welcoming new introducing organisations and their employees to Mable, providing a communication pathway that enables a smooth transition to onboarding as Coordinators. This will entail communication, education, rapport building and the tenacity to drive outcomes. In addition, this role will see you share leads to Mable group companies where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

    • Deliver Onboarding Programs: Implement and further develop onboarding programs tailored to coordinators needs, ensuring they understand products and services.
    • Education: Conduct training sessions to educate coordinators on relevant topics such as compliance features, product knowledge, and systems.
    • Provide Support and Guidance: Offer continuous support and guidance to coordinators, supporting their clients to seamlessly match while addressing their queries, concerns, and challenges.
    • Facilitate Integration: Assist in the integration of new coordinators into the organisation by fostering the relationship with the key stakeholders.
    • Monitor Progress: Track the progress of coordinators in your portfolio, assessing their success, identifying areas for optimisation, and providing guidance at each stage in their journey.
    • Compliance: Ensure that coordinators understand product features that help them meet and adhere to their regulatory requirements.
    • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new products/services offered by the organisation to effectively educate coordinators and keep them up-to-date.

Skills and experience

    • Prior experience in a customer service, sales/account management environment.
    • You are a good listener, problem solver, critical thinker, and above all a people person.
    • You care deeply about your customers and will always go the extra mile to get them the best outcomes.
    • You exhibit adaptability, resilience, transparency, trustworthiness, passion and innate curiosity.
    • Prior experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and contribute to organisational success.
    • Strong understanding of the Disability or Aged Care sectors, or in businesses that require an ability to show strong empathy is desirable.
