Locations - Moonee Ponds.
Position - Head Barista, Full Time, NO NIGHTS.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Develop your professional skills with career opportunities within an exciting and fast-moving company
  • Drive and maintain standards and systems within the venue
You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

  • A passion for coffee and hospitality.
  • At least 12 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong coffee and allround FOH skills.
  • A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to meet and surpass KPIs.
  • Both an ability and enthusiasm to manage systems and software.
  • Current RSA Certificate.
