Locations - Moonee Ponds.
Position - Head Barista, Full Time, NO NIGHTS.

This role offers the opportunity to:

- Drive and maintain standards and systems within the venue

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

- A passion for coffee and hospitality.
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong coffee and all-round FOH skills.
- A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to meet and surpass KPIs.
- Both an ability and enthusiasm to manage systems and software.
- Current RSA Certificate.
