THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Production team in the role of Production Coordinator for our Accessories Team

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will manage the production process to ensure that each style is meeting CP deadlines, achieving margin targets, and is executed in line with DECJUBA standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of the processes of product development through to bulk production
  • Work closely with Buyers to problem solve throughout the development and bulk process
  • Communicate with suppliers in a timely and professional manner to manage on time delivery
  • Adhere to the Decjuba departmental critical path
  • Price negotiation to achieve best value outcomes and achieve our Margin Targets
  • Coordinate labelling & packaging in your category in guidance with Production and Compliance Teams
  • Drive your weekly WIP meetings to facilitate the management of the end to end product lifecycle
  • ABOUT YOU
  • You have impeccable time management and prioritisation skills
  • You're a strong and open communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Ideally, 3 years previous experience in Accessories production roles
  • You're passionate and driven to facilitate the day to day interactions with all stakeholders
  • Will have strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Confident and strong working in Excel and all Microsoft Office Software Programs
  • Experience in APPAREL 21 Software Program
  • Have the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team, whilst also having the confidence to manage your work load and day to day responsibilities
