Our client operates in the aviation industry as a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, specializing in Remotely Piloted Aircraft (Drones) and Aerodrome operations. The Candidate
We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent to join the team at their Wollongong CBD head office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a complex regulatory environment, collaborating with the development team and other colleagues, with a touch of sales expertise being a bonus.

The Role
Located in Wollongong, as a valuable member of a tight-knit team, you will report directly to the Customer Support Manager. Your duties will involve managing incoming calls, focusing on new client onboarding, and serving as the initial point of contact for technical support and training.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary contact through various channels like the support ticketing system, live chat, phone, and email to ensure prompt and informative responses.
  • Assisting new clients in understanding and utilizing the product effectively during the onboarding process.
  • Engaging with current and potential customers to support the sales team in the company's growth.
  • Handling multiple priorities with attention to detail using different systems.
  • Efficiently managing a dynamic Kanban and CRM system to ensure task completion within set time limits for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the customer renewal process, including subscriptions, invoicing, and reminders.
  • Evaluating and incorporating new client data into applications.
  • Testing new development items following company testing standards.

Your Skills & Experience
We seek a proactive team player with a keen interest in learning.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in customer service or administration (2+ years).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet individual KPIs.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Knowledge or experience in aviation.
  • Tertiary Education completion.
  • Previous work in a SaaS company.
