Hey LinkedIn - I'm super excited to post another role with a business that I have partnered with. Over the past few months, I've been working with a scale-up SaaS business that has been growing their teams internationally. It's been amazing to see them on this journey... now, we are on the lookout for a Implementation Consultant to join their growing APAC team.

My client are an award-winning digital platform that transforms video and audio footage into real-time workflows and analytics dashboards in the field. Their platform uses the power of AI to save time, eliminate the need for excess paper and create safer workspaces.

Different to your ''normal'' start-up... they are corporately founded, so have the security and backing of larger businesses which include; One of the Big Three, One of the UK's largest utility suppliers and One of the largest pension funds in the world are independently run and have the feel of an exhilarating start-up business.

The Role

As Implementation Consultant, you will:

  • Own the implementation process for each customer, acting as a key point of contact to our customers, ensuring they receive the maximum benefit of our product - this will include post-deployment help as our customers love us for our attention and ongoing help.
  • Constantly reviewing the way we onboard customers, introducing new ways of working and automation where possible
  • Achieving exceptional results through clearly defined deployment plans, engaging with operational heads to achieve desired adoption and engagement metrics
  • Training users at their work site or remotely over video conferencing.
  • Continuously improve our train-the-trainer experience so our customers can help themselves.

What we are looking for:

  • We are looking for individuals with a degree in Engineering, Construction or anything related to field work/ heavy duty industries.
  • Experience in a Tech/SaaS company/ Construction, Utilities company or consultancy as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, Project Controls or anything related for a minimum of 1 year.
  • A go getter – hungry to learn, work hard and succeed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Happy to travel and be on-site with customers
  • They can teach you the skill but have you got the WILL?
