Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll for all employees
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate payroll records
  • Process new hires and terminations, including calculating final payments and issuing appropriate paperwork
  • Prepare and distribute payslips and other relevant documentation
  • Respond to employee payrollrelated inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws
  • Generate and submit required payroll reports to management and relevant authorities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accuracy and consistency across employee records and payroll data
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times

The Successful Applicant:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
