This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced educator to lead a dedicated Middle School team.

The successful applicant will have a strong knowledge of secondary schooling and be at the forefront of high impact pedagogy.

In addition the person who fills this position will be recognised as an exemplary teaching practitioner and demonstrate excellence in their own classroom performance.

The Head of Middle School position is based at the
North School of Trinity College.

The position of Head of Middle School will be appointed as a four year contract, with an underlying substantive of a full-time permanent teacher paid at a Position of Responsibility (POR) Level 4 standard and with a 12 lesson allocation for the role.

The POR Level 4 allowance ($25,578) is paid in addition to your teaching step rate (eg Teaching Step $118,569 + POR allowance).

Demonstrated experience, or training, in Positive Education and/or Visible Wellbeing will be an advantage. The position description is attached.

This Middle School role has the following significant responsibilities:
