We are looking for a Supply Chain Senior Operations Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term contract.

This role involves providing support to the Operations and Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations and Senior Leadership Team, including diary management.
  • Coordinate various site events such as family days, Christmas events, and team meetings.
  • Manage all site communications, including newsletters and internal social media updates.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Handle budget management and distribution of uniforms to employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a personal assistant or coordinator is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is a plus.
