Specifically, the core accountabilities include:


Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer's vacancy Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

About you

You must have at least 2 years industry/relevant experience, who can demonstrate a proven track record recruiting within the construction and/or property sectors.

You will be able and willing to engage with a portfolio of clients and strive to surpass their expectations through displaying resilience and tenaciousness.

You should be able demonstrate how you have excelled in aspects of your life; it might be education, sport, philanthropic, or work.
