About the role

We are currently seeking a Consumables Officer to join the team at our Melbourne Processing Centre.

As a Consumables Officer, you will be the primary contact for our third-part logistics suppliers and to ensure the safe receiving, management, and storage of deliveries of consumable goods.


For this role, you can bring your previous experience in warehousing, distribution or customer service to deliver service and support our internal customers.

Don't worry, you don't need to have specific experience in a health or manufacturing environment.

We'll support you in learning our policies and procedures which help us to ensure the right product gets to the right place at the right time.


Sounds interesting? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience in fast-paced environments beneficial, including manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, pharmaceutical, retail and fast-food industries.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
  • Ability to frequently lift boxes that weigh between 10kgs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach to move boxes and supplies
  • Hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain
