DHL internal applications close on 31 May 2024 In this role you will: Lead a team of IT professionals, ensure the successful delivery, continuous improvement and ongoing support of IT solutions.

This role acts as the IT solution lead and central point of contact for assigned works with our internal and external stakeholders.

Strong WMS skills, preferably in Manhattan WMOS, are essential along with excellent communication skills and will be based at Rhodes or Arndell Park IT Hub with ad-hoc travel requirement to sites across Sydney Area.

You will be accountable for translating complex business requirements into IT solution deliverables, with a focus on warehouse functions, continuous improvements & contribute towards improving our digital solution offerings.

You will be working within a team of IT Analysts and will also manage direct reports.
IT Analysts oversee configuration, testing and implementation of the solutions within agreed timeframes and to defined budgets.

You will proactively support and drive the efficient and effective resolution of IT problems and incidents, with a focus on preventing reoccurrence in future.
