THE ROLE & TEAM

Our client is a renowned global technology company, and this role is based at their hi-tech Data Centre in Pyrmont, 2 km south-west of the Sydney CBD.

This Security Concierge position works in a team of 5, including 4 Officers and a Team Leader, and is responsible for access control and customer service.

We are keen to hear from those that have a Baseline Government Security Clearance, security experience, those with a proactive approach to work, and strong computer and problem-solving skills.

Once you are on the job, you will be taken through a structured training and induction program to bring you up to speed with our business and systems.


Duties in this role include:

  • Maintaining Access Control.
  • Working within a controlroom with hightech equipment.
  • Responding to Alarms as per standard operating procedures (SOP's).
  • Monitoring of CCTV Systems.
  • Working within a team and autonomously, including working alone during night shifts and weekends.
  • Provide access via correct approvals from the Access Management System.
  • Maintaining protection of client assets.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • You MUST have Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Baseline Clearance or higher.
  • You will need to have a Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence.
  • Current First Aid & CPR qualifications.
  • Strong ITliteracy and a willingness to learn.
