WHAT WE CAN OFFER
- 24/7 roster - built around an average working week of 38 hours based on 12-hour shifts, issued 6 months in advance.
- 20 days of annual leave, with approx. 155 days of work annually.
- Competitive pay rates - $30.58 p/h + super during probation, and $34.26 p/h + super after probation.
- In-house training provided, no experience in a hospital environment necessary.
- Mainly a front-of-house role with a limited requirement to deal with adults and adolescents in the facility.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
Since 2008, we have supported the NSW Department of Justice Health by providing premium security services at the Long Bay Forensic Hospital in Malabar, NSW. This facility provides specialist health care to adults and adolescents.
We are currently searching for Full Time Security Officers to join our supportive 25-person team and support our client by ensuring we provide perimeter security, front of house security, and security escorts; along with other duties such as:
- Security management of the entry and exit of the site for Patients, Staff, Visitors and Contracted Service Providers.
- Management of the Security Management Systems, including CCTV, two-way radio, and duress system.
- Alarm and Incident Response.
- Providing security escorts in company vehicles.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A current NSW 1AC Security Licence and First Aid & CPR Qualification.
- Have a NSW Class C Drivers Licence.
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster.
- 2 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Customer service experience and Security Control Room Experience.
