Action Workforce has partnered with a well-known and reputable ambient grocery automated distribution centre located in Kemps Creek. This organisation prides itself on creating a diverse and inclusive working environment and are looking for casual team members to work in their new, state of the art, temperature-controlled automated Distribution Centre. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic casual team members who are interested in working with a company equipped with state-of-the-art technology and world class facilities.

THE ROLE:

  • Casual Warehouse Inbound Storepersons - Decant and Quality Control, Voice Picking and Receiving
  • Monday- Sunday Roster
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Morning (5am – 3pm) and Afternoon (3pm – 11pm) shifts available
  • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Fast paced, team environment

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Previous warehousing experience highly desirable, specifically in fields of Quality Control, Decant, Pick to Light, Voice Picking and Receiving
  • Monday to Sunday availability
  • Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy with basic numeracy competence
  • Display strong team skills with a willingness to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays and during our busy peak periods is essential

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST:

  • Must have reliable transport – site is not public transport accessible
  • Be able to pass an Australian Police Check
  • Have 100 points of ID
  • Have two professional references
  • Have a can-do attitude & stable work history
  • Have the applicable working rights
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a Drug and Alcohol test
  • Forklift licence and dangerous goods licence highly desirable
