About The Role

The Marketplace team at Wavemaker is dedicated to delivering top-tier excellence in data, technology, and automation to ensure client campaigns are executed and amplified effectively, efficiently, and with a forward-looking approach. The scope of Marketplace encompasses traditional media such as TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video, and Display, as well as the digital evolution of traditional media including Addressable TV, Programmatic Out of Home, Music Streaming, and Podcasting. As a Coordinator in the Marketplace team, you will offer support through all facets of Implementation Planning and Buying.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months:

  • Established collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal reports
  • Demonstrated understanding and clear articulation of agency and group propositions, core Marketplace processes, and operational methods
  • Completed essential training on key tools and systems, actively utilizing them in daily responsibilities to support the team

In 6 months:

  • Proven ability to efficiently, effectively, and proactively fulfill all role requirements
  • Supporting processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns, ensuring consistent updates to managers and the broader team with exceptional attention to detail
  • Enhanced key stakeholder relationships, fostering consistent teamwork

In 12 months:

  • Taking on increased ownership for campaigns and clients, demonstrating responsibility and managing higher volumes
  • Established strong relationships with publishers, representing the Wavemaker team effectively and ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns
