Store Manager/ 2IC for our Erina Fair Boost to motivate the team to give 100% customer service to every single customer and develop them to be Weekend & Weekday Warriors.
A leader who will run the business like they own it and can develop Boosties to be the next generation of Boost leaders.

So what are we looking for in a Store Manager/2IC?
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality is essential.
- Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.
- An understanding of P&L's and how to influence them
- Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.
- Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.
- Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time
