Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, restocking supplies, and performing basic food preparation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the restaurant with a positive experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and paper products
- Perform basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and cooking meats
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
