In response to sustained growth across our firm, we seek a People and Culture Coordinator to join our Brisbane office.

Here, you'll take on a pivotal role where you will:

  • Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and belonging
  • Provide national people and culture support
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and strategize effective recruitment approaches.
  • Coordinate our graduate recruitment processes.
  • Support various HR initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement programs.


Hands-on involvement is a key part of your journey, as you will collaborate with the broader People and Culture team to provide best practice HR for our internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking to broaden their HR skillset. If you are curious, empathetic, have a hunger to learn and looking to gain hands on experience to the end-to-end employee lifecycle, then this opportunity is for you

About you:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Completing or completed an undergraduate degree majoring in Human Resources, Business or similar
  • Prior experience in recruitment desirable
  • PC literate across MS Office at intermediate to advanced level
  • Professional presentation, discreet and able to maintain employee confidentiality
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • High level time management, organisational, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Proactive and able to develop and map processes
  • Task oriented with a bias to action
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
