What You Will Be Doing


This permanent part-time Grade 2 Social Work role is an opportunity to provide patient-centred care to children and families across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced, multi-disciplinary teams and provide psychosocial assessment, emotional support and intervention for inpatients and outpatients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes.


What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Eligibility for Membership for AASW
  • Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Two or more years postqualifying experience.
