Role Overview:

As their Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their organization. You'll lead the implementation of their ERP enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Your expertise will drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across our enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategic goals.
- Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions, with a focus on ERP systems.
- Lead the implementation of architecture frameworks and standards.
- Conduct business capability modelling to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture frameworks tailored to our organization's requirements.
- Manage applications and technology portfolios to optimize performance and value.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure architecture compliance and governance across all projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Expertise in architecture modelling tools and techniques.
- Experience in business capability modelling and EA framework development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of $120k - $140k per annum, plus Super.
