Concrete Plant Manager to join our Concrete Operations based in the southern metro region of
Perth, WA. You will be joining a strong team culture where personal and professional growth is valued and your contributions towards our success recognised.


Under the mentorship of the Performance Manager - Concrete Supply Chain, you will further develop and build on your experience within the concrete operations overseeing the daily management, operational and financial activities.


In your new role, you will:

  • Be in the driver's seat, managing the day-to-day operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including people management, financial reporting and managing costs within budget.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure that we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customers.
  • Be hands on in our operations and leading by example for your team.
  • Contribute to a wide variety of construction projects across the Perth metro.
