Responsibilities of Assistant Store Managers:
  • Work closely with Store Managers to lead store operations and drive success
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and create valuable experiences for customers
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a secure work environment for all
  • Set a positive example for the team consistently
  • Occasionally handle opening and closing duties

Qualifications for the role:
  • Prior supervisory experience or readiness for a leadership role
  • Background in retail or trade, with sales, wholesale, or workshop operations experience
  • Preferably, knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts
  • Flexibility in schedule and possession of a valid driver's license
  • Able to fulfill physical requirements of the position, including handling heavy products
