sophisticated Moby's is home to a selection of the world's finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines.

We are seeking a casual Cocktail Bartender to rotate between our sophisticated Moby's Bar and our new Poolside Cocktail Bar.


Duties will include but are not limited to:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for our hotel guests.

  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
  • Plan and present bar menu.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Provide an excellent guest experience at every interaction.
  • Follow RSA government legislation requirements

About yo

uCocktail service experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest focused mentality.
  • Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.


This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of lunch and dinner shifts during the week.
