Head Bartender

Bar Mellow is on the lookout for a head bartender to join our team. Bar Mellow is a fun and relaxed bar in the west end of Newcastle with a focus on wine, cocktails and food. We are open Tuesday to Thursday 4:30 pm till late and Friday to Saturday 4:30 pm till midnight.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years cocktail experience and an understanding of classic cocktails. Beer and wine experiences are also prefered. Applicants must be available to work Friday and Saturday.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $21.62 - $39.61 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle West, NSW 2302: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Cocktail: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- RSA (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
