**An exciting opportunity to join a high performing, dedicated and highly respected Coronary and Renal Denervation sales team based in Melbourne, Victoria. As Market Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in leading the market development efforts for Renal Denervation Therapy (RDN).

**A Day in the Life
**The Market Development Specialist will be responsible for driving the growth of the RDN market by developing and executing market development strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting the portfolio of RDN products.

Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and execute RDN market development plans to build therapy awareness for the Medtronic RDN offering
  • Identify and engage with proceduralists and assist in the build of their referral funnel.
  • Leverage a segmentation and targeting model to drive focus
  • Work closely with key opinion leaders to develop relationships to build the RDN therapy.
  • Develop and deliver training programs centered around clinical data
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales and product management to ensure the successful execution of market development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in either pharmaceutical or medical device sales or marketing, with a focus on market development preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the HTN landscape and renal denervation therapy
  • Experience in driving market development and category leadership
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work closely with key opinion leaders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationshipbuilding, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support market development initiatives
