The role:


This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications Specialist to join their high-performing Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs team.

This is a key specialist role supporting the creation, editing, and coordination of high-quality, engaging content for both internal and external channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Group Communications Manager and Group External Communications Manager in the proactive development and delivery of highquality content and communications that promote their strategy, performance, activities, initiatives and assets through the Group's internal and external channels.
  • Supporting the delivery of employee events and external stakeholder engagement such as media campaigns, government engagement, and development launches.
  • Creating digital and written content from Retail, Office, and Logistics business units, and across the Group including ESG/Sustainability initiatives.
  • Assisting internal stakeholders in responding to media, including feedback on social media, and supporting the Group External Communications Manager and asset teams with crisis responses.
  • Communications planning and assisting with the direction of the overall external communications strategy.

You will bring a minimum of 5 years related experience in a hands-on communications role within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.


You will bring high attention to detail, strengths in prioritization, and organization and thrive working autonomously, yet collaboratively in a team environment.

Any experience in the property sector or related industries would be advantageous but not essential.
