About the Role

Some of the specifics- Telstra Store Mount Barker Shop 3 Mt Barker Central Shopping Centre 13-15 McLaren Street Mt. Barker SA 5251- Casual Position Available- Store Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Duties- Provide quality customer service to all customers- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.

- Achieve sales and performance targets- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience- Experience in a customer facing role- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences- Ability to solve complex problems- Effective communication skills- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
