Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

About the Role
Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional, who thrives working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you
Some of the specifics- Telstra Store Victor Harbor - Victor central shopping centre, Shop 39A/37 Torrens St, Victor Harbor SA 5211- Casual Position Available - penalty rates & plenty of hours- Store Hours: Monday
- Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am -2:00pm, Sunday Closed
Duties- Provide quality customer service to all customers- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.- Achieve sales and performance targets- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Skills and experience- Experience in a customer facing role- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences- Ability to solve complex problems- Effective communication skills- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
