Civil Foreman/Supervisors
Atom Resources provides recruitment services to the building, construction and engineering industries across Sydney. We are currently looking for Civil Foreman or Supervisors for long-term projects in Sydney. We have permanent opportunities all throughout Sydney.

The Role:

  • Forecasting and programming
  • Managing labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
  • Effective leadership of the construction team
  • Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
  • Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
  • Mitigating and incident reports

What you need:

  • Experience in Civil Construction including Earthworks, Civil & water Infrastructure & Subdivision projects, including Road/Pavement Construction, Stormwater/Drainage, Asset Utilities, and Services
  • Experience with Sydney Water, and Integrated Management System compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Focus on maintaining strong HSEQ culture
  • Must IT literate to complete reports and associated documentation
