**Civil Foreman/Supervisors**
Atom Resources provides recruitment services to the building, construction and engineering industries across Sydney. We are currently looking for Civil Foreman or Supervisors for long-term projects in Sydney. We have permanent opportunities all throughout Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Forecasting and programming
- Managing labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
- Effective leadership of the construction team
- Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
- Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
- Mitigating and incident reports

**What you need**:

- Experience in Civil Construction including Earthworks, Civil & water Infrastructure & Subdivision projects, including Road/Pavement Construction, Stormwater/Drainage, Asset Utilities, and Services
- Experience with Sydney Water, and Integrated Management System compliance
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Focus on maintaining strong HSEQ culture
- Must IT literate to complete reports and associated documentation
