Fresh Food Manager:

**The Fresh Food Manager role exists to ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Inventory Management and Replenishment activities across all the Fresh trading departments (Bakery, Seafood, Deli., Meat, Perishables, and Fruit & Veg). This role will lead, manage, and support a team to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders.
**This role will report into the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager - Inventory and Replenishment.

**As the Fresh Food Manager, your key responsibilities will be to: -
Spend time with the Deli, Seafood, and Bakery teams to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC

To coach, support, and lead the Fresh Chilled Manager and Fruit & Veg Manager to ensure stock is available across Meat, Perishables, and Fruit & Veg

Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction

Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group
- **Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**This is a full time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts.
