Centre Director

You will have the responsibility of the delivery of the exceptional learning program that has been developed by the best pedagogical practitioners through the world, you will build, challenge, develop an already talented team of educators and be willing to share your knowledge and reflective practise to strive to continually improve the centre and the education program provided. You will balance your hands on leadership skills and business acumen to ensure the centre is meeting occupancy requirements and consistently generating revenue streams.
In return you will work in a beautiful centre in Roma where it is a great place to raise a family or singles and couples seeking a lifestyle change from the soaring costs of Metropolitan living. You will need a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or working towards)
Experience leading a team ideally in education but health or community services
Experience in working and delivering services in areas of disadvantage
Strong understanding and experience in operations including financial, performance and reporting
