About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Global Leadership & Professional Skills Development Leader. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic charge in shaping the future of leadership within our organisation.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders across leisure, corporate and business services areas to identify key leadership skills development needs and design comprehensive strategies to address them.

Through your strategic leadership capability you will:

  • Develop and implement a global leadership development strategy aligned with the company's vision, values, and objectives
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs, incorporating appropriate trends, methodologies, and technologies
  • Partner with People and Culture specialists and senior leadership to identify high-potential talent and assess leadership competencies, in order to build robust succession pipelines
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and other areas to ensure alignment and integration of leadership development efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development, sharing insights and driving thought leadership within the organisation

 

What you will need:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in senior strategic leadership role, learning and development or related roles
  • Ability to influence global senior stakeholders
  • Deployment of high impact Leadership learning solutions
  • Experience with digital learning technologies and associated platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and/or Organisational Development, Business, or equitable business experience
