We are seeking four dynamic and visionary leaders to serve as our Global Learning Leaders across Leisure, Corporate Customer Experience, Corporate Operations and Global Business Services.

About the opportunities...

 Via each of these pivotal roles, you will lead the strategic charge in shaping the future of learning within the relevant division. You will collaborate with global stakeholders across FCTG's leisure, corporate and business services areas to identify key development needs and design comprehensive strategies to address them.   *These roles can be based in FC Head Offices globally, with the exception of Business Services which is Brisbane based. 
Through your strategic leadership capability you will:
  • Develop and implement a global development strategy aligned with the Brands' vision, values, and objectives
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve development programs, incorporating appropriate trends, methodologies, and technologies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of development initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Learning & Development peers, Talent Management, and other areas to ensure alignment and integration of development efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, sharing insights and driving thought leadership within FCTG.

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in senior learning and development or related role
  • Proven experience in corporate operations/senior L&D leadership role preferably within the retail or travel industry
  • Demonstrated track record of deployment of high impact customer facing learning solutions, preferably within the retail or travel industry.
  • Experience with digital learning technologies and associated platforms
