About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity to join Swinburne’s Academic Operations Unit as our Events and Partnerships Coordinator. In this key role you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and review of events and activities linked to the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship (SoBLE) Postgraduate program delivery, including the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship (AGSE) suite of programs.
Reporting to the Associate Director AGSE, you will be involved in coordinating event-related contracts, data collection and analysis, as well as student and staff support, preparing communication materials, and liaising with appropriate areas of the University and Faculty to ensure alignment with Swinburne branding styles.
Working closely with the Operations Manager AGSE, you will be accountable for coordinating all agreements with industry partners to ensure the agreed roles and responsibilities set out in the agreements are fulfilled. A dedication to providing outstanding customer service is critical to this role as is the ability to build exceptional relationships with our stakeholders.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Proven ability in the planning, design, coordination and execution of events, including resource management, catering and associated communications.
Qualifications
Completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event management, Business Management or related fields with subsequent relevant work experience.About Swinburne University of Technology
