 A day in the life...
  • Create comprehensive learning modules and programs that address key leadership skills such as strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and team management. Ensure these align with FCTG’s 7 Business Systems and established methodologies.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to pinpoint leadership competencies and skill gaps within the organization. Use data-driven insights to tailor and enhance instructional design.
  • Use instructional design principles to craft engaging and effective learning experiences. Develop a variety of learning formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and blended learning approaches.
  • Produce high-quality content such as presentations, training materials, case studies, online modules, and assessments.
  • Implement strategies to assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs. Collect and analyse feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance future initiatives.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure learning objectives align with strategic priorities. Build strong relationships to support leadership development and uphold FCTG values, maintaining regular communication with key leaders to align with business strategy
  • Utilise technology and learning management systems to efficiently deliver and manage leadership training programs.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, best practices in leadership development, and advancements in instructional design and technology. Strive to continually enhance the quality and impact of leadership programs.
  Who you are...
  • Minimum 3 years + instructional design or training experience. 
  • Certificate IV Learning Design & Facilitation 
  • Proven record of effective collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Proficient in essential tools and systems such as Articulate/Rise, Camtasia, Snagit, Survey Monkey, Walk Me, Canva, Compass, and Adobe.
