A truly exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team supporting BOQ's many brands
Reporting to the Senior Manager Organisational Development - Culture & Leadership, this role will partner with Senior Leaders and the People and Culture Centres of Excellence to deliver BOQ's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. This will be achieved through the design and delivery of D&I initiatives which enable us to build a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture where our people can bring their whole selves to work
The successful candidate will also be accountable for reviewing diversity and inclusion policies and practices, overseeing industry submissions and reporting activities, identifying partnership opportunities to promote BOQ as an employer of choice and participating in and leading internal committees and forums.
About you
This position is ideally suited to an individual with demonstrated experience implementing diversity and inclusion principles, programs and practices within a commercial organisation. Candidates with demonstrated success in community engagement and networking activities specific to D&I are encouraged to apply. Relevant candidates may possess experience in a similar D&I, Business Partnering or OD role or alternatively may be passionate advocates for diversity and inclusion and be seeking an opportunity to further their career in this space.
