About your new role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will step into a warm desk taking charge of a thriving market in Tasmania. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage existing warm relationships while building and expanding your network within the construction industry. You will be responsible for placing white collar permanent roles across the construction and civil sector.

Joining our team means collaborating with a dedicated group of recruitment consultants, benefitting from the support of an experienced manager. Drawing on their expertise in the construction industry, you will receive valuable guidance and resources to excel in your role.

A day in your new role

  • 360 end to end recruitment
  • Business Development with new and existing clients
  • Conducting market mapping and talent acquisition strategies to identify top industry professionals
  • Nurture and grow client relationships
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies
  • Assist with payroll & invoicing queries
  • Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
