As a Travel Consultant in our Luxury Travel team, you will help to plan, book and coordinate your customerâs next amazing luxury travel experience. Youâll be building unique itineraries for your customers with their every need front of mind to ensure they have a premium experience from âBon Voyageâ to âWelcome Homeâ. You will be booking everything from first class flights to five star hotels, premium tours, luxury cruising, travel insurance and more. You will be working towards KPIâs and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role. Â

What it takes to be a Luxury Travel expertâ¦
- Youâre the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a travel consultant with Flight Centre Travel Group
- Youâre eager to provide exceptional service to welcome new customers to your existing database of loyal clientele â you will need at least 60% repeat and referral customers, and a CSAT score of 84%+
- You have proven success in achieving your KPIs and sales targets, with a TAC of $180k or above
- You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
- You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
- Youâre not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
- You know your way around GDS and youâre confident with complex computer systemsÂ
- Extra points if you have personal experience with luxury travel
