We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Document Specialist to join our clients fun and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, along with strong writing and editing skills. As a Document Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our clients internal and external documentation. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organisation to develop and maintain various documents.

Key responsibilities:
  • Reformat job descriptions to ensure consistency and compliance with company branding and style guidelines.
  • Review and edit existing job positions for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company standards
  • Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to gather information and insights for updating job descriptions.
  • Assist in the development of new job descriptions as needed.
  • Design and develop SharePoint sites for various job descriptions, making it user friendly and easily identifiable
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to document management and administration.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams
