The Opportunity:

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist.

This role is primarily focused on execution of sourcing activities in direct and indirect categories with support of experienced category managers across ANZ as per relevant category strategy.

This includes preparation of RFP documentation, design of the sourcing an negotiation strategy, use of Coupa digital e-sourcing tool for supplier collaboration and award decision, business stakeholder engagement.

This role will provide invaluable data and information to enable the procurement team to devise relevant sourcing and procurement strategy.

Your role will also be supporting the Digital Procurement transformational journey ensuring all the enabling systems and tools are also used efficiently and effectively to support the business.

We will achieve this with a 'customer centric' procurement focus, and through pursuing our three goals of strategic procurement—our procurement value proposition; 'Cost leadership'; 'Creating Growth' Opportunity for our business (Collaborative leverage of Strategic Potential), and the 'Creation of a 'Sustainable Advantage' through world class functional competency.

Are you up for it?:

To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for:

• Prior experience in sourcing (3+ Years)
• A strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
• The ability to adapt and be agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania.
• Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome, consistently striving for better ways of working
• Prior experience with SAP, Ariba or Coupa (Advantageous)
• Project Management skills (Highly regarded)
