About the Opportunity 

A Sponsorship and Event Co-Ordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating sponsorships and events for Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate brands.  

You will be:  

  • Performing comprehensive research to pinpoint potential sponsors who align with the goals and values of the organisation 

  • Securing deals and customising proposals for each potential sponsor, to align with their specific needs and interests 

  • Overseeing sponsor relationships by coordinating branding opportunities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and delivering consistent updates and reports to sponsors

  • Coordinating events and activations working in close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, PR, and Operations
     

What you will have: 

  • Strong organisational skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Understanding of marketing principles to assist with promoting events and attracting sponsors 

  • Strong negotiation skills to assist with securing sponsorship deals 

  • Creative flair to develop unique event concepts 

  • Project management exposure including setting goals, creating plans, and overseeing execution 

  • Networking experience in building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, vendors and other stakeholders  


Location: Role may be based in Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne
