As an Asset Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring their properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing planned and cyclical maintenance programs.
  • Conducting property condition assessments and reporting findings.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including technical consultants and contractors
  • Ensuring the lifecycle of each property component is considered and managed.
  • Oversee procurement processes, evaluate supplier performance, and manage contracts.
  • Implement and manage property quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Negotiate and oversee service provider agreements.
  • with legislative requirements.
  • Oversee refurbishment and upgrade projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage project variations and provide technical asset issue resolutions.
  • Conduct inspections to determine structural integrity and property condition.
  • Manage the Asset Inspection Program and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote and implement the Strategic Asset Management Plan within the organization.

  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably within the housing sector.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Passionate about community development and social impact.Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and building compliance standards.
