The role:

You will provide systems administration and support for SharePoint, Teams and Data Hub Platforms. You will ensure compliance, security, and user access, while overseeing ongoing SharePoint site and library development.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Implement business process improvements but assisting with design and implementation across the organisation.
  • Set up new internal SharePoint sites and monitor existing sites, ensuring appropriate sensitivity classification and access.
  • Set up, manage, and monitor external SharePoint sites but maintain user access, security classifications, documentation and ensuring sites are closed when no longer needed.
  • Work with the Manager Business Information Systems Development to manage and support SharePoint and Teams as a compliant information management system.
  • Manager Data Hub guest users, add or remove users as needed and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Provide advise and technical support to internal and external stakeholders regarding SharePoint, Teams, and the Data Hub.
  • Assist and support Data Hub organisations with access to data hubs and submission of reports.
  • Manager document libraries by monitoring access and security, document library size, functions and purpose and creating new or archiving libraries as needed.
  • Ensure document libraries are set up with appropriate content types, retention policies and sensitivity labels.
  • Produce user documentation and how to guides for more complex area in SharePoint.
  • Participate effectively in the ongoing processes of Creative Australians team meetings and the organisations performance management process.
  • Undertake other duties and projects reasonable requested by your direct supervisor or senior management.

    Your profile will demonstrate:

    • Demonstrated understanding of IT operation systems.
    • Experience in optimising SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams for peak performance and efficiency.
    • An understanding of information management principles, processes and practices.
    • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
    • Expertise in Microsoft 265 and proficiency in managing electronic records.
