HR Partners are proud to be partnering with a cooperative manufacturing company, seeking a talented HR Generalist/HR BP to contribute to their continued success. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to management and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the full range of HR functions including HR administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct investigations and provide coaching and support for employee relations issues.
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee development initiatives and training programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
    • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
    • Previous experience effectively managing employee relations issues.
    • Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
