**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer with a strong background in rostering to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Facility Manager in daily operations, with a specific emphasis on rostering responsibilities. Your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of our facility.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Utilise your expertise in rostering to efficiently schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with department heads to gather staffing requirements and adjust schedules as needed
- Provide a broad range of administration support to the Facility Manager, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management
- Schedule and organize meetings for the Facility Manager
- Coordinate facility tours for potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**:

- Proven experience in administration support roles, with a focus on rostering
- Familiarity with rostering software and scheduling tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
