Multiple positions are available at rural and regional facilities across NSW (locations provided below). Take your pick from permanent full-time or fractional roles, with flexible work arrangements designed to support your quest for the perfect work-life balance.

The Locations:

Manning Base Hospital – The Manning Valley is a natural wonderland on the NSW North Coast, featuring stunning beaches, waterfalls, farmland and outdoor activities for all. Enjoy fresh local produce including wine, oysters and farmers markets.

Armidale Rural Referral Hospital – The picture-postcard university town of Armidale in the New England High Country, boasting heritage architecture, rock climbing sites, a thriving wine industry and easy access to national parks.

Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital – the Tamworth Region provides a diverse and enriching environment for residents, combining rural living with urban amenities and easy access to coastal and metropolitan areas, making it an ideal place for families and individuals seeking a balanced lifestyle with abundant recreational, educational, and career opportunities.

Belmont Hospital – Belmont Hospital is nestled in the picturesque Lake Macquarie region, offering breathtaking views, delectable dining spots, and lush parks ideal for weekend get-togethers with loved ones. Just a short distance away lie some of NSW's finest beaches, beckoning for relaxation and exploration. Nearby, you'll also discover the vibrant city of Newcastle, renowned Hunter Valley vineyards, and other captivating locales.

Maitland Hospital - A growing community in the Lower Hunter Valley, Maitland offers great schools, outdoor activities, and a picturesque setting along the Hunter River, only 40 minutes from beaches and 15 minutes from Hunter Valley Wine Country.

What we can offer:

Relocation package

Rural Health Incentive package – $10,000 per year (dependent on site)

Orientate you to your new job and home

Salary packaging – up to $9k for living expenses and $2.6k meal and entertainment

Five weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part time employees)

Training, Education and Study Leave (TESL)
