The purpose of the Product Assistant role is to prepare regular reports on marketing activity and performance, assist with campaign delivery, and provide general support across the Product team. This position is integral to ensuring our marketing efforts are organised, efficient, and impactful.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Collate Resort Reports: Keep everything on track by managing and organising essential reports
  • Generate Marketing Materials: Regularly create eye-catching marketing materials that feature our partners
  • Prepare Marketing Reports: Collate materials and summarize findings and trends to produce insightful marketing reports
  • Create Media Schedules: Develop and oversee media schedules, ensuring that media value aligns with exposure
  • Analyse Marketing Performance: Interpret data to analyse and report on the effectiveness of our marketing activities
  • Collaborate on Tracking Systems: Work closely with the Marketing team to set up tracking systems for various campaigns
  • Copywriting and Proofreading: Ensure the accuracy and polish of reports through meticulous copywriting and proofreading
  • Deliver Marketing Projects: Ensure that all marketing projects are delivered effectively and on time
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as needed to support the Product team
